Try this web site, it is one of my favorites for converting measurements. I use it often when I am cooking %26amp; don't have the correct measuring system.

They sell measuring Jugs with both on them
do a search for conversion charts...there are many to pick from
150 ml of water = 2/3 cup

300g of sugar = is about 1 1/4 cup
In order to measure out the 300 mg you will need to look on your sugar bag and look at the serving size which will be measured in spoons or ounces. That is how you will be able to tell how much equals 300mg. 30ml = 1 oz. so 150 ml = 5 oz. P.S. I looked on my sugar bag and 1tsp = 4 grams so there you have it.Good Luck

Ta. Da.
You use cups ps becareful carmel is hella sticky
Here is a recipe that makes about 64 servings:

1 cup butter or margerine

2%26amp;1/4 cups packed brown sugar

2 cups light cream (1/2%26amp;1/2 works)

1 cup light corn syrrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

otherwise try conversion but this may be easier :)
