Are there any websites that help you figure out how far you've run?

I tried to figure out how far I've been running w/ google maps, but it only lets you customize your route w/ roads, and I've been running on bike paths.

Does anyone know of a website that would help me out w/ this? Are there any websites that help you figure out how far you've run?

Another way of finding out how much you've run is this: go to a track and run 1 mile at a comfortable pace, like how you think you run on the paths. Then, take the total time of your runs on the paths and divide it by the mile time you ran and you will have an approximate total mileage.

Ex: 8 minutes for 4 laps on a 400 meter track; 32 minutes equals 4 milesAre there any websites that help you figure out how far you've run?
www.gmap.com allows you to map any route and tells you the distances.
