My figure i just found i have never scene before his foot when pitching is some what forward but in the factory sealed one i just purchased his right foot is pointing outward somewhat and its factory sealed. I'm not sure, but I wouldn't get all worked up because a factory error. I wouldn't see why anyone would be intrested.
