What's that website that helps you figure out how much it will cost to live on your own?

This woman showed me a website that helps you calculate how much it would be to get an apartment in a particular area. How much the utilites would cost...food...gas blah blah blah. Then it shows you how much money you'd have to make to successfully live, and what careers pay that much. Career...Start...somethin' like that. Anyone know what I'm talking about lol.What's that website that helps you figure out how much it will cost to live on your own?
You don't need a website you need a budget. Used Excel and create a budget

List everything for the month. Do a complete year.





Then figure you taxes are around 31% of your income and that will give you a net figure. Net is what you work with.





So for instance if you monthly budget is $2,200 That is net - $26,400, and the gross would be - 38,260.00.





So you see you need A salary of around $40,000.00





Now you get get a roomate, the rent is cheaper.





Just use an excel spreadsheet. Have your parents help you with the budget headings, like Rent and such.
