How do I figure out my ovulation cycle?

I got ONE dose of depo vera March 2. I've spotted every day since then. Mensturation symptoms come and go but nothing concrete to go by. Also, March 2 was 2nd day of mens. cycle.How do I figure out my ovulation cycle?
You can't, because if you're on Depo, just like pretty much all hormonal birth control (except for the ';minipill'; sometimes) you don't ovulate. That's how you don't get pregnant. There is no cycle for you to figure out.





That bleeding is just breakthrough bleeding; your bodies trying to adjust to the hormonal control....it might stop, it might not.





I agree with the other user though, Depo can really screw you up. Maybe look into another method.How do I figure out my ovulation cycle?
Depo Provera is a HORRIBLE drug, and it really messes with your menstrual cycle. I would definitely recommend using a birth control pill instead. That will help you straighten out your menstrual cycle.
