i was just wondering this.is it possible for them to figure out wat something looks like by touch? like a person or an object, or they just assume wat it or they looks like?Can blind ppl since birth figure out what objects look like by touch?
It really depends on the person. My cousins are blind twins, one did, one didn't, but they can both do it now.
