Who is still trying to figure out who they want to be when they grow up?

Life changes in so many directions. It is ok to not know. I am doing a job that did not exist back in the days I was being presured to decide what I wanted to do.Who is still trying to figure out who they want to be when they grow up?
I want to be a fire truck when I grow up!!! %26lt;GRIN%26gt;Who is still trying to figure out who they want to be when they grow up?
I'm 23 years old. I joined the navy for college and I will be getting out in a year. No clue on what to major in. I just can't picture myself in any job and being happy with it.
I want to be retired.
ME! Haha to Tigglys. I read an interview with an actor who said he wanted to be an airplane when he grew up. ; D

Tigglys is also right in the fact that people change careers up to four times by the time they're 30. (Or so I read.)

A friend of mine and I discussed this a few days ago. A big difference between our parents and this generation is the fact that we look to find fulfilling work whereas they saw it just as a job. Loyalty to the company was good--but nowadays it led to outsourcing, early retirement, and things like Enron.

Not to say that a job is a job and that you shouldn't be loyal and stay with a place that you like--it's just that finding out what you want to be is a lot different today. Good luck!
i'm still trying to decide and i'm 32
